Warrior Coyote Crow Horse

f. 5-21-2003. Sire: Warrior’s Black Velvet ABC 2323
dam: Red Curly Sue ABC 2322
Warrior Coyote Crow Horse came to our farm from the Crow Reservation, and is from Native American bloodlines. He exhibits one of the rarest colors of a horse - grullo - which is a rare color in any breed of horse, but especially rare in an ABC stallion! Coyote's coloring ranges from a dark steel blue to a light silvery body color in summer, and he exhibits all the primitive markings associated with the dun factor - dorsal stripe, leg and shoulder barring, dark ear rims, and cobwebbing on his face. He is a very nicely put together colt with nice muscular build, and a pretty head. He has the ability to throw many, many colors.....grulla, zebra dun, lobo dun, red dun, black, and many others! Coyote has had the rare honor of being our "main" herd sire this year! And even though he is still young and growing, he has done a great job of being in charge of our entire mare band. We are anxiously looking forward to his 2007 foal crop, and can hardly wait to see what we get from this unusual young stallion!!! His foals should definately have his quiet disposition and nice build, and any "color" we get we will consider a true bonus!!!
