Currently our database of website errors is rather small. New styles of webmastering are now available to us which give the user a more enjoyable stay in a more colorful, interactive environment. These enhancements, on the other hand, require updated systems, including possibly Windows XP, Internet Explorer version 6.0.29, and ActiveX Controls.

| The images seem washed out or appear Burned/Darker! | Most Systems | This problem should be a rather easy fix. What has most likely occured is your screen brightness has been altered. Your screen brightness obviously effects the way you view websites, and can be easily adjusted. Look for buttons on your monitor to control the brightness/contrast settings. If using a laptop you should be able to controll the brightness through "Function Key" + "Up Arrow". |
| The images seem pixilated or miscolored! | Most Systems | In this particular case your color depth needs adjusting. To do so: Right Click Desktop > Properties > Settings Tab > Adjust Setting for Color Depth/Quality (The higher the color the better the image quality) |
| The website does not fit on my screen! | Most Systems (Monitor or Viewing Screen must be capable of high resolutions) | Basically your screen resolution, which is displayed in pixles, is lower than the recomended amount. This by no means keeps you from viewing our sites, but it does make the flexibility and original intent of the site diminish slightly. We want every stay at every website to be as enjoyable as possible. To fix this problem: Righ Click Desktop > Properties > Settings Tab > Adjust the Screen Resoultion to a higher setting by using the slider. |
| All or most of the links are not working. | Some Users | This sort of problem is more complex. As earlier stated we have upgraded our webmastering techniques and are currently using CSS scripting (cascading style sheets). This type of script lets us use mouseOver commands which act as supplemental eye candy for the user. Most systems are pre-configured to allow content like this, but some high security systems disable the active content and each specific site must be authorized by the user. To fix this problem: Upon entering one of our sites you will see a pop-down box that should be "clickable". Simply Click on the Box and Click allow blocked content |
| The page does not display right. The page and/or images are repeated. The page isn't correctly aligned. | All Users | The most likely problem that has occured is the abscence of an updated web browser, or a different web browser. Please visit Download.com to download the latest update for Internet Explorer. Our Websites are created for Internet Explorer users at resolution of 1024x768x16 up to 1900x1200x32.
