How lucky we were to bring Sterling home! Born on this farm, and sold as a weanling, we had not seen him in over 2 years. What a handsome and big lad he has grown into! Just look at that beautiful chocolate coat! He has one creme gene (from his mom) and is a smokey black....or more commonly called chocolate. He is well mannered, and easy to handle. He stands 15hh as a three year old, and is still growing! I have not worked with him as yet, but will start soon to see where he is at in his training. He reportably has had some work under saddle, and with his kind disposition, I would think he would make an excellent trail mount as well as a life long friend. Sterling is currently for sale and is listed at $2400. so if you want your very own "chocolate curls", Sterling might just be the boy for you!
